Photography Workshop - Indemnity and liability waiver.

1. Acknowledgment of Risk
I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that participation in a photography workshop with Mali Davies Photography may involve certain inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to: travel to and from workshop locations, exposure to natural elements, uneven terrain, wildlife, or changing weather conditions, and use of photographic equipment and accessories. I understand that I am voluntarily participating in this activity and that I am solely responsible for my own safety, personal belongings, and equipment.
2. Assumption of Responsibility
I agree to take full responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or harm that may occur to myself or my property during the course of the workshop, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I understand that Mali Davies Photography, its employees, contractors, or representatives, shall not be held liable for any such incidents.
3.Medical Fitness
I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in this workshop. I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions that could a ect my participation.
4. Insurance
I understand that Mali Davies Photography does not provide health, accident, orpersonal property insurance. I am responsible for obtaining my own insurance coverage if I choose to do so.
5. Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in this photography workshop, I hereby release and hold harmless Mali Davies Photography, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or connected with my participation.

7. Participant Declaration
I have read and fully understand this Indemnity and Liability Waiver. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement voluntarily and of my own free will.
